1. What is your delivery policy?
  • For your convenience, On Hing offers absolutely free delivery for orders of HK$400 or above.
  • Next business day delivery for orders placed with us by 4:00pm, except where stated.
  • Scheduled delivery applies for the following districts:
    1. Yuen Long / Tuen Mun - Monday, Wednesday and Friday
    2. Tsueng Kwan O / Clearwater Bay / Sai Kung - Tuesday & Thursday
  • Outlying islands are also covered by our delivery service.
  • Residential addresses are not covered by our delivery service.
  • You will be required to sign and apply a company chop to the delivery note when you accept deliveries.
  • Deliveries will be made from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturdays (excluding Hong Kong public holidays), to tie in with general office hours

2. I won't be available tomorrow to accept my delivery. What can I do?

If you have already placed an order with us, please call 2707 6302 right away. We may be able to re-schedule your order for a different delivery day that is more convenient for you. Or, if you would like the deliveryman to leave your products (For Example: on front steps), please click here to fill out the Deliveryman Release Agreement. The deliveryman must take the note as proof of authorization. If you do not post a Deliveryman Release Agreement, the deliveryman will decide whether or not to leave the order unattended.

If the delivery cannot be made, your order will be returned to the logistic center and Another attempt will be made upon further notice.

 
3. Do I have to wait at my office all day for my delivery?

For your security and protection, it is best to have someone available to sign for your order between the hours of (excluding holidays)

Monday - Friday : 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday : 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Our deliveryman's delivery routes change from day to day so there is no way to determine the exact time your order will be delivered. If you would like the deliveryman to leave your shipment (For Example: on front steps), click here to fill out the Deliveryman Release Agreement. If you do not post a Deliveryman Release Agreement, the deliveryman will decide whether or not to leave the order unattended. If the delivery cannot be made, your order will be returned to the logistic center and Another attempt will be made upon further notice.

 
4. What time can I expect my order to be delivered?

Our deliverymen deliver orders between the hours of (excluding holidays)

Monday - Friday : 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday : 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Since our deliveryman's delivery routes change from day to day, there is no way to determine the exact time your order will be delivered.

 
5. What happens if I need to specify a delivery date/time for my order?

Please call 2707 6302 to discuss it with our Customer Services Representative. Normally, we are unable to specify a particular time for your order to be delivered.
